As a friendly reminder of our cancellation policy, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations & rescheduling:
-Missed appointments, cancellations & rescheduling within the same day or 12 hours from your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
-Cancellations & rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Emails sent to cancel and/or reschedule within this time frame will incur the applicable charge. We understand that illness and emergencies occur, however, due to the reserved nature of appointment times and the inability to fill short-notice cancellations, the policy remains in effect regardless of circumstance.
