As a friendly reminder of our cancellation policy, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations & rescheduling.
- No-shows and cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Emails sent to cancel within this time frame will incur the applicable cancellation fee. As a small business, this policy is required to operate sustainably and continue serving our clients. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
