As a friendly reminder of our cancellation policy, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations & rescheduling:
-No-shows & cancellations within the same day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
-Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Emails sent to cancel within this time frame will incur the applicable charge. As a small business, this policy is required
